The Chicago Project: Selections From Our Online Gallery July 15 — September 2, 2005

In 2003, The Chicago Project was created solely as an on-line gallery, devoted to the talent found in the Chicagoland area. In an effort to promote local talent, CEG put out a call for submission to all local photographers. Selected by Catherine Edelman, the site currently features 34 photographers whose works range from traditional black & white landscapes to color narratives. This ongoing project showcases known, unknown and student work being made in and around Chicago and continues to grow as more and more local talent is discovered. This first exhibition from The Chicago Project features twelve photographers.
